Daniel Christy survivor Fund
This fund goes directly to the children and spouse of US Marine Daniel Christy. Age 38 of Fairborn passed away October 18, 2025. He was born July 4, 1987 in Dayton. Daniel served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps and followed with employment as a computer design technician at Woolpert. He enjoyed woodworking, building computers and especially spending time with his children. He was preceded in death by his mother. Daniel is survived by his father, Zell (Cheryl); six children, Aidan, Mitchell, Nolan, Oliver, Everett, Warrick; three brothers, Clinton Christy, Michael Crum, Joseph Moniz; sister, Candice Amburn; as well as extended family and friends. Daniel lost his fight with PTSD. We here at the LDMC are dedicated to helping his family continue towards a positive future after the loss of their beloved.

LDMC VETERANS WELLNESS AND RESOURCE CENTER
Coming soon, our first ever Veterans' Wellness and Resource Center Located just south of Dayton, Ohio. This Center will offer numerous recourses to all veterans, such as Group Meetings held by fellow vets, Trade skills program covering a vast range of trade skills, Sponsorship through the BATL program, and many others. We intend to use this center to truly support veteran needs in the pursuit of impacting the Veteran Suicide rate by giving them a new mission and purpose to take back control during their fight.
